Starting Nov. 1, 2012, LaCare will provide prescription drug coverage for members. They will receive a new member ID card to use for pharmacy services. Unfortunately, members won't get their new cards before Nov. 1, due to bad weather in the Northeast, the area where cards are printed and mailed.
