After you are enrolled in LaCare, you will get a LaCare ID card. If you have not gotten your card, or if you have lost it, please call Member Services for a new card. A new card will be sent to you. Your LaCare ID card is very important; keep it with you at all times.
Each family member will get his or her own LaCare ID Card. When you get your ID card in the mail, check everything on the card. If there is a mistake on the card, please call Member Services.

You will also get an ID card from the Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH). Your DHH ID card will help you access all of the benefits and services DHH will cover for you.
